I have a "rented" email list. Can I use this?
Because we have such a good relationships with AOL, Comcast and other large ISPs, we are considered "white listed" (or in good standing) with them. This means emails you send to recipients with these types of accounts will typically get through. Many competitive email tools that you can purchase have been "black listed" (not allowing your emails through). In order to provide our clients the highest of service, Revenue Generator requests that you follow the laws governing email. Lists that have been "rented" or "purchased" should never be used. Only customers that have "opt-ed in" to receive your emails should be communicated to. Sending emails that have been rented, or purchased using the Revenue Generator's e-campaign tool can result in being removed - no questions asked (o yea, no refunds too).

What are my e-campaign fees after the first year?
After your first year of membership ($975), fees are reduced to $300 plus your monthly email usage.

How does the e-campaign tool manage my opt-ins and opt-outs?
An opt-out occurs when a subscriber clicks the TrueRemove™ link in one of your email campaigns and unsubscribes users from your list. The user will be automatically removed from your mailing list, but their contact information remains in tact allowing you to maintain it for other uses.

When can I expect to receive my monthly email usage bill?
Bills are processed at month's end. Bills will be sent electronically and payment can be made by check, money order, or credit card.

What happens if I forget to send my payment?
If after 45 days from the issue of your Revenue Generator invoice payment has not been made, your account will be placed in a suspended status. Once payment is received, access will be returned to the account. All campaign history will remain intact until 90 days after delinquency. At this time, Revenue Generator reserves the right to shut down the account which includes deleting all campaign history.

Can I pay my Revenue Generator invoice using a Credit Card?
Yes.
